Road to Logistics is a national training program to encourage new talent into the transport and logistics industry from sections of society where individuals need help and support to regain self confidence and independence.
The program will enable companies to reduce the cost of recruiting new talent into their organisations and in turn will help address the increasing skills shortage.
Road to Logistics was founded through a close collaboration between Bob Harbey, Executive Director of Microlise, and Richard Burnett, Chief Executive of the Road Haulage Association.
