Candidates arrive fully prepared, trained in logistics fundamentals, compliance, road safety, drivers’ hours, workplace expectations and professional conduct, plus employability and financial‑wellbeing skills to ensure they’re confident and work‑ready.

They also complete certified Driver First Assist training, giving them the ability to respond safely in high‑pressure situations, so you know your new hires can be trusted with real responsibility.

Once hired, each candidate receives up to 12 months of mentor support, reducing drop‑out, strengthening retention and giving you a reliable team member.
