Start Your Career in Logistics

Fully funded training. Real jobs. Real futures.

Retraining can feel like a big risk.
You might be thinking, “What if it doesn’t lead to a job?” or “How will I afford it?”.
These barriers can make a career in logistics feel out of reach.

Through fully funded training and mentoring, we help people into well-paid lorry driving and warehouse operative roles by removing the barriers that stop them getting started.

What roles can you train for

What roles can you train for?

We support people into a range of logistics roles, including:

  • HGV / LGV Drivers
  • Forklift Truck Operators
  • Warehouse Operatives
  • General Logistics & Distribution Roles

We’re not just a training provider, we create real change.

We only train when jobs are available through our trusted employment partners and sponsors, so you’re not left with a qualification and nowhere to use it.

Who we support

Our training programmes are for anyone who wants to  work, but haven’t always been given a fair chance.

You don’t need a perfect CV or relevant work experience. What matters most is motivation and a willingness to learn.

We commonly work with people who:

  • Have gaps in employment
  • Have been long‑term unemployed
  • Have criminal convictions
  • Are ex‑service personnel or veterans
  • Have experienced homelessness

We also support people who don’t always see themselves represented in the logistics industry.

We believe everyone deserves the chance to find secure work they can be proud of, and we’re here to help make that happen.

This includes:

  • Women looking to enter a traditionally male‑dominated industry
  • People from ethnic minority backgrounds
  • Members of the LGBTQ+ community
  • Young people under the age of 25 starting out in their careers
  • Individuals with neurodiversity and / or learning difficulties

How our training programmes work

Here’s how we do things, step by step.

Apply for a role

Look through our latest logistics vacancies and apply for a role in your local area that interests you, whether that’s driving, warehouse work or forklift operation, or send an enquiry through our contact form if you cannot locate a programme in your area.

If you meet our requirements, we’ll invite you to a short, casual interview.

Interview & selection

You’ll attend an interview with us, and in some cases, the employer too.

But don’t worry, this is just a chance for us to get to know you, understand your goals and situation, to make sure the role is the perfect fit for you.

If successful, you’ll be offered a place on the programme with a training centre location and start date.

Fully funded, role‑specific training

This is where the fun starts!

You’ll complete industry‑relevant training, tailored to the role you’re moving into. All training is fully funded, you don’t pay a thing.

Your training may include:

  • Introduction to the logistics industry (2-day course)
  • Driver training (Cat B to C1, Cat C, C+E or upskilling where applicable)
  • Warehouse and forklift training
  • Health & safety, road safety and compliance
  • Legal responsibilities and safe working practices

The training is designed to help you build knowledge, confidence and real‑world understanding, not just pass the tests.

Work readiness & life skills

We’ll help you prepare for real working life, not just the job responsibilities.

This includes:

  • CV writing and interview preparation
  • Understanding workplace expectations and behaviour
  • Employability skills and transferable skills
  • Mental health, wellbeing and confidence support
  • Personal finance basics, such as budgeting and understanding wages

You’ll also have one of our friendly, and dedicated mentors by your side, supporting you throughout your training and beyond.

Practical work experience

Where possible, you’ll meet your employer and gain hands‑on experience, such as shadowing a driver or spending time in the warehouse environment.

This brings all your learning to life and helps you feel ready and confident before starting work.

Employment & ongoing support

After completing training, you’ll move into induction and employment with one of our employer partners.

Our support doesn’t stop there. Your mentor will continue to support you for up to 12 months in work, helping you settle in and succeed.

We’ve trained over 720 people. 89% have moved into work. 94% are still with the same employer after 12 months.

Real people. Real stories.
