We’re delighted to share that Road to Logistics has been accepted into the Aviva Foundation, which will use its Communities Fund to match-fund our current crowdfunding efforts.
Put simply, this means that for every pound we raise, they’ll match it (up to £25,000), giving us more valuable investment into filling skills gaps, supporting learners, and changing lives.
Only around 30% of applications to the Aviva Foundation are accepted, so this is a powerful recognition of what we do, and how important it is to help people build stability, independence and a more secure future. All by removing barriers to employment through fully funded training, and creating clear routes into work, with the right wraparound support where needed.
What is the Aviva Foundation?
The Aviva Foundation Community Fund supports small charities and non‑profit organisations that help people improve their financial wellbeing and overcome social challenges in their local communities.
Through a combination of public crowdfunding (via Crowdfunder) and matched funding from the Aviva Foundation, the programme backs organisations delivering practical support that leads to long‑term change.
How Aviva’s support helps us do more
Through the Aviva Foundation, every donation made to our campaign is matched by Aviva, up to £25,000 per annum.

- Deliver fully funded training for roles such as HGV/LGV drivers, warehouse operatives and forklift operators
- Provide mentoring and employability support to help people succeed at work
- Create direct routes into employment by working closely with local employers
